More information and Specs

Existing Fireplace Required. Winning bidder MUST have an existing wood-burning fireplace suitable for conversion to a gas fireplace insert. Gas Connections Required. Gas hookups must be located within a maximum of 15 feet of the fireplace installation site. The Chaska 29 fireplace package includes professional installation by Barnett's Fireplaces, subject to installation requirements and site compatibility. If the Chaska 29 is not compatible with the winning bidder's existing fireplace, the auction certificate may be applied as a $9,000 credit toward a different fireplace from Barnett's Fireplaces. If the winning bidder selects an alternative fireplace or installation package exceeding the $9,000 certificate value, the bidder is responsible for the additional cost. Final installation is subject to evaluation and approval by Barnett's Fireplaces to determine fireplace compatibility, gas connection requirements, and installation feasibility.
