Delivery information:

Intended location must not be over 4 feet high (i.e. a flight of stairs up to a raised deck). If the intended delivery space is higher than 4 feet, a crane will be required with an additional cost to be covered solely by the winner. Delivery driver must have access to drive directly to the intended site for the Bullfrog Spa. If the intended site is not accessible by vechile, winner must provide a mode of transporting the Bullfrog Spa to the intended site. If the Bullfrog Spa must be turned on its side to access the intended site, all railings, walkways, doorways, etc. must be cleared and must also be wide enough or adjusted accordingly (i.e., door or railings removed) by homeowner prior to delivery.

If delivery has not been arranged after 60 days, a storage fee of $100 per month will be incurred. Delivery location must be within a 50-mile radius from the supplier at 373 Shattuck Way, Newington, NH. Any delivery outside the 50-mile radius zone is not guaranteed and may incur additional costs to be covered solely by the winner. Other delivery restrictions apply.
