The winner is responsible for arranging electrical hookup and preparing the installation site prior to delivery.

Requirements include:

• Level Surface: A flat, even location at least the size of the hot tub's footprint, capable of supporting the filled weight.
• Electrical Hookup: Not included — a licensed electrician must install a dedicated GFCI-protected circuit before use.
• Clear Access Path: An unobstructed route from the drop-off point to the install site, with gates/doorways at least 1" wider than the unit.
• Scheduling: Delivery must be scheduled by phone, and site photos are required beforehand.
• Standard Delivery Included: Travel up to 30 miles from Portsmouth, NH, plus up to 60 minutes on-site, placing the unit at ground level (≤2 ft high) on an unobstructed deck or pad. Delivery beyond 30 miles is available for an additional charge.
