SeizetheDeal.com is a wonderful website that offers you a one of a kind deal every day on things to eat, places to go, fun things to do and ways to pamper yourself all from local merchants. We are able to get these deals by promising a minimum amount of customers.

Do I have to sign up my friends or organize my own group to get the deal?

No way. We have put together a group for you. But, we think that you will want to share these deals with your friends so they can also enjoy the incredible savings. Remember, that if enough people do not sign up for that days deal to reach the tipping point, then nobody gets it. So you should invite your friends to seize the deal with you.

I want today's deal.  How do I get it?

Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people buy the deal then you will receive an email with a link to print your voucher the next day. If we don’t sell the minimum number of vouchers to Seize the Deal, then nobody gets it, and your credit card will not be charged. So make sure that you invite your friends to Seize the Deal!

What happens if the SeizetheDeal.com doesn't reach the minimum number of buyers?

If not enough people buy, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged. That is not fun for anyone. So make sure that you tell your friends to participate. They will thank you later.

Do I need to use my SeizetheDeal.com voucher the same day I buy it?

Sorry, you can’t. Most of our vouchers can be used starting 24 hours after you purchase. But, we make sure that they do not expire for a while, so you have plenty of time to use them.

I got today’s deal, now how do I use it?

Within 24 hours of purchasing your voucher, you will get an email with a link to your printable voucher. Take it with you to the retailer and present it at the time of purchase. It is that easy.

I did not get my email with the link to my voucher. Where do I find it? Or, where is the voucher that I purchased?

 You always have the option of viewing your voucher on our website. After you have signed in, go to “My Stuff” and you will see a list of all of your deals. Click on the blue link to print out the voucher.

Can I give a SeizetheDeal.com voucher as a gift?

Yes, you can. If the client has elected to offer their deal as a gift, right above the green buy button there will be the “Give This Deal as a Gift” button. Please be sure to enter the first and last name of the person who will be redeeming the voucher. All vouchers must be redeemed by the person who is listed on the voucher.

Do I have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit, or can I use the remainder later?

Yes, you need to use the full value in one visit, unless the voucher specifically says otherwise. Bring your friends along for the fun.

Can I combine my voucher with other offers?

No.

Can I purchase a deal that ran previously?

Unfortunately, no.  You can only purchase the deal of the day so make sure to the check the website daily for the latest deals.

 Am I billed as soon as I order a SeizetheDeal.com voucher?

No, you are only charged if the deal reaches the required minimum number of participants.

Is SeizetheDeal.com safe?

Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL, and we will not store your credit card information on our servers.  We use PayPal to process our transactions, so you have the best security around.

Can I return a SeizetheDeal.com voucher?

You can change or cancel your purchase prior to midnight on the day the deal is featured.  If you would like to request a return, please email returns@SeizetheDeal.com.

What if the business for my SeizetheDeal.com closes?

If the business closes and your voucher has not been redeemed, we will refund your money.
