Seize the Deal® Standard Refund Policy
Within 30 days of your voucher purchase, you may request a refund in the form of Seize the Deal® bucks for any unused vouchers. Seize the Deal® bucks are available for immediate use, and valid towards any future purchase.
Seize the Deal® Refund Policy on vouchers to Businesses that have closed.
If you have a Seize the Deal® voucher that has not expired for a company that has gone out of business within 18 months of the purchase date, you may receive a credit in the form of Seize the Deal® bucks valid towards any future purchase.
Seize the Deal® Refund Policy on Expired Vouchers
If you have a Seize the Deal® voucher that has expired, the merchant for which you bought the deal is required to honor the voucher in the amount of the price paid for the voucher. No refunds will be issued on expired vouchers, for any reason.

All sales of tickets are final.

Refurbished Items – All Sales are FINAL on any and all refurbished items.
If the item you have purchased from Value Vault arrives damaged or defective, please contact the product manufacturer for further information on returning the item to either be repaired or replaced. Seize the Deal® is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping.
