Reiki is an ancient healing practice that moves "universal life force" energy to promote relaxation and improve physical discomforts, mood, sleep and overall well-being. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session while the practitioner uses light hands-on or hands-hovering techniques and sounding bowls to balance the movement of energy. Each reiki session is unique to the individual and varies with each session to better assist you and your body’s natural ability to heal.
