Exclusions / Terms & Conditions: Subject to availability and advance reservation required. Valid for one stay consisting of two consecutive nights (Friday and Saturday only) for up to two guests in one room at Maison Mouton Bed & Breakfast. Blackout dates may apply, including holidays, festival weekends, special events, and other high-demand periods. Reservation must be made directly with the property and redeemed by the expiration date stated on certificate, if
applicable. 

Package includes one bouquet of flowers, champagne and hors d'oeuvres upon arrival, gourmet chocolates, and breakfast for two delivered to the room on both mornings. Amenity substitutions of equal value may be made based on availability, seasonality, or supplier limitations. Champagne available only to guests age 21+ with valid ID; non-alcoholic substitute may be provided where required.

Package is non-transferable, may not be resold, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, alternate dates, or unused portions. Additional nights, room upgrades, gratuities, taxes (if applicable), transportation, incidental charges, and any items not specifically listed are not included and are the responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Subject to all property policies, including check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, parking policies, conduct standards, and damage responsibility. No parties, events, or additional overnight guests without prior written approval. Smoking violations, excessive cleaning, theft, or damages are the responsibility of the guest. 

If reservation is canceled or rescheduled by guest, rebooking is subject to availability and may result in forfeiture at the property’s discretion. Property is not responsible for weather events, travel interruptions, illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control. Donor/property reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations or amenities if necessary.
