I bought this certificate at the end of July and have been trying to call them since early September. I can't get through. The first time I called I got through to a guy and gave him my info to call me back the following week. I have not heard a word and keep immediately getting the voice message when I've been calling for the past two weeks. I've left messages on both numbers. Are they out of business? Buyers beware. How do I go about to get my money back if they are indeed out of business??
