They keep it simple and do it better: all-natural never-frozen beef smashed to crispy perfection, soft milk-and-butter buns (no high-fructose corn syrup), hand-sliced pickles, tamed pickled jalapeños, two slices of American cheese, grilled onions, and their signature 11-part house sauce. Pair it with golden beef tallow fries, cold-pressed house lemonade, crispy beef tallow nuggets, or a Burkie ice cream sandwich! Theirs hours are: Tue–Thu 11am–9pm, Fri 11am–10pm, Sat 11am–11pm, and closed Sun–Mon.
