Exclusions / Terms & Conditions 
Subject to availability and advance reservation required. Valid for one six-hour venue rental at The Wilyard - Wedding and Event Rental on a mutually agreed upon date. Blackout dates may apply, including holidays, peak wedding season dates, festival weekends, and previously booked dates. Reservation must be made directly with the venue and redeemed by the expiration date stated on certificate, if applicable.

Package includes venue access for six consecutive hours only. Additional time before, during, or after the reserved rental period, including setup, breakdown, decorating, rehearsals, or cleanup, may require additional fees if not otherwise approved in writing. Winner is responsible for arriving and vacating within contracted times.

Package applies to venue rental only unless otherwise specifically stated. Catering, bartending, alcohol, staffing, security, decorations, tables, chairs, linens, entertainment, DJ, photography, coordination services, permits, insurance, cleaning, deposits, taxes, and any additional rentals or services are not included unless expressly listed.

Package is non-transferable, may not be resold, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternate dates, or unused portions. Subject to all venue rules, occupancy limits, noise ordinances, vendor requirements, parking rules, and local laws. Winner and guests must comply with all property policies.

A security/damage deposit, certificate of insurance, licensed vendors, or signed rental agreement may be required prior to event date. Winner is financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, missing items, rule violations, or conduct of guests/vendors during the event.

If reservation is canceled or rescheduled by guest, rebooking is subject to availability and may result in forfeiture at venue’s discretion. Venue is not responsible for weather, power outages, vendor cancellations, travel interruptions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control. Venue reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations or deny use for unsafe, unlawful, or prohibited events.
