Set within a peaceful and serene cove, Bass Point boasts five fully-furnished cottages with ample space between one another to allow for privacy outside of group activities during your stay. All guests are encouraged to enjoy and explore the natural beauty that Bass Point has to offer. From swimming and fishing in beautiful Wilson Lake to hiking on the many trails offered by local state parks, Bass Point offers many ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
Located on beautiful Wilson Lake in Wilton, with 1,275 total feet of lake frontage, including 200 feet of sandy beach, Bass Point is the ideal location for an unforgettable vacation, family reunion, wedding or just some extended R&R with loved ones.

On their website it lists the cost for the wedding package as $9000. I see that's the same retain value of this auction item. The $9k on their website lists the following as part of that price: Use of all five cabins from 4:00 PM Thursday to 11:00 AM Sunday Exclusive use of the waterfront & grounds for photos 30x50 Tent Tables & chairs for 144 people Porta potty Dance Floor (15’x18’) However in the description of this deal under "More information and specs" it notes: "Add'l costs for tents, seating, porta-potties, extra guests, etc.". Please confirm is this indeed additional cost and if so, what is the actual retail value of this auction item. Thank you.

The retail value and starting bid have been adjusted to properly reflect what this offer covers: an Exclusive Venue Rental for any applicable Thurs-Sun block occurring doing the 2018 off-season that includes all five cottages as well as all waterfront property, valued at $4,500. Although this particular package will not cover everything included with Bass Point's Wedding Package you are able to apply the full value of this offer to a wedding package if you so choose.
