Full Roof Replacement From J Smegal Roofing
Enjoy a full roof replacement of a residential roof for up to 20 square (2000 sq ft.) from the company voted best roofer in the Berkshires. Includes removal of one layer of existing shingles, replaced with IKO Dynasty Series Architectural shingles in your choice of color, new drip edge and pipe boots, installation of ice and water shield and synthetic vapor barriers and new ridge vent and matching ridge caps. Does not include sheathing replacement, Chimney flashing, roofs over 2000 square feet or removal of more than one layer of existing shingles. However, upgrades may be added for additional cost.

Not valid towards flat roofs or existing contract. Home must be in Berkshire County. Job must be scheduled in advance and dates are subject to availability. No cash value. Retail value is based on roofs up to 2000 square ft. Credit will not be given for roofs that are less than 2000 square feet. Scheduling an estimate prior to bidding is strongly encouraged to ensure your roof qualifies. Estimates will be expedited for those who mention they are interested in bidding on the auction roof when you call the office within a reasonable timeframe
