This Sunlight Retractable Patio Awning by Sunesta from Sondrini Enterprises in Pittsfield offers motorized operation with manual override in the event of a power outage. This awning has a “smart tilt” option which allows homeowners to adjust the pitch of their awning to block sunlight at all angles. This awning is 12’ wide and 10’ deep and can be mounted on a wall, however, there are other options available. It includes three frame colors: white, clay and beige and you have over 160 fabric colors to choose from! Installation is included from Sondrini Enterprises and this awning also comes with an industry-leading ten-year warranty on the fabric and comes with a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the frame. Upgrades are available to 40 feet wide and a 14/8 projection. This awning is Miami Dade wind approved. The total retail value with installation is $5,150, but Sondrini's current promotion brings the retail value to $4,102 plus tax.
