Their experienced roofers have the skills and equipment needed to handle any size roofing job and they work on all types of roofs. If your roof is more than 20 years old or has been severely damaged, then it is time to replace it. Replacing your old roof will make a significant impact that will increase the value of your home, keep your house a comfortable temperature and prevent drafts and leaks. With their certified roofing contractors handling the work, you know that your new roof will always look amazing and greatly complement the overall curb appeal of your property!
This offer is valid for a certificate for a new roof from Southside Roofing. This includes a normal roofing system; 130 MPH architect shingle roof and matching capping normal roof components, i.e. plumbing vents, drip-edge and ventilation are included. The winner of the auction must meet with Billy Savely, Sr to discuss a start date within the calendar year 2020, or by 12/31/2020. The winner of the auction must allow Southside Roofing two to three days for the roof to be completed (depending on the size of the roof). Metal roofs are not included, nor are specialty products or 'special order' products such as copper or clay cap roofing. You must live in the 337-area code. Southside Roofing will provide normal services including insured labor, materials and proper clean-up, making sure all debris is removed. A five-year workmanship warranty is provided by Southside Roofing and includes manufacturing warranties if applicable. Expect a beautiful new roof when all is said and done!
