Their process uses several practitioners with diverse expertise to provide your customized 8-week program.

Their eight week program includes:

• Weight Management Lead - Two one-hour assessment and testing sessions.
• Life Coach – Four one-hour sessions
• Registered Dietitian – One initial assessment plus two forty-five minute counseling sessions
• Hypnotist -Six one-hour sessions
• Acupuncturist – Initial assessment session (one-hour) plus five one-hour sessions
• Personal Fitness Trainer - Three one-half hour training sessions per week (24 total)
