Online personal training gives you the main ingredient to success when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals, which is day-to-day accountability, motivation, and assistance.  CBC Fitness’s program is wired to ENSURE you meet your goals by having 24/7 access to everything that you need to be successful.This certificate for a 12-week program with CBC Fitness includes a customized meal plan, customized workout plan, and access to two private apps on both desktop and mobile devices (one is geared towards your workout, and the other is geared towards your nutrition and meal plan) and bi-weekly check-ins.

CBC Fitness is owned and operated by Chris Hertler - one of the only personal trainers you will find that will provide you with a top-notch level of communication and accountability that is made available to you 24/7.  Chris' mission is to ensure you are successful with your fitness and nutrition goals, and he will do anything he can to ensure you have the tools to be successful.  If you need a pep talk, he will give you a pep talk.  If you need to be held accountable for your diet, he will most definitely be holding you accountable.  If you have questions on certain exercises and making the most out of them, Chris has your answer.
