Seize the Deal is a wonderful website that offers you a one-of-a-kind deal every day on things to eat, places to go, fun things to do and ways to pamper yourself all from local merchants.
Do I have to sign up my friends or organize my own group to get the deal?
No way. We have put together a group for you. But, we think that you will want to share these deals with your friends so they can also enjoy the incredible savings. Remember, that if enough people do not sign up for that day's deal to reach the tipping point, then nobody gets it. You should invite your friends to Seize the Deal with you.
I want today's deal. How do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people buy the deal, then you will receive an e-mail with a link to print your voucher the next day. If we don't sell the minimum number of vouchers to Seize the Deal, then nobody gets it and your credit card will not be charged. So make sure that you invite your friends to Seize the Deal!
What happens if the Seize the Deal doesn't reach the minimum number of buyers?
If not enough people buy, then the deal is canceled and you won't be charged. That is not fun for anyone. So make sure that you tell your friends to participate. They will thank you later.
Do I need to use my Seize the Deal voucher the same day I buy it?
Sorry, you can't. Most of our vouchers can be used starting the next day after you purchase. But, we make sure that they do not expire for a while, so you have plenty of time to use them.
I bought today's deal, now how do I use it?
You will get an e-mail with a link to your printable voucher the next day after your purchase. To redeem, print the voucher or bring it in on your mobile device.
You can also go to "My Deals" on SeizetheDeal.com to access and print vouchers. Just take the voucher with you to the retailer and present it at the time of purchase. It is that easy.
I did not get my e-mail with the link to my voucher. Where do I find it? Or, where is the voucher that I purchased?
You always have the option of viewing your voucher on our website. After you have signed in, go to "My Deals" and you will see a list of all of your deals. Click on the blue link to print out the voucher.
How do I use Seize the Deal's apps?
Download a free Seize the Deal app to your mobile device. Use it to check and buy daily deals.
Can I redeem a deal from my mobile device?
Absolutely. Use your mobile device to present your voucher, no need to keep track of the paper printout.
Can I give a Seize the Deal voucher as a gift?
Most of our deals can be gifted, but not all. However, if the client has elected to offer their deal as a gift, there will be a "Give This Deal as a Gift" button right above the green "Buy" button. Please be sure to enter the first and last name of the person who will be redeeming the voucher. All vouchers must be redeemed by the person who is listed on the voucher.
Do I have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit, or can I use the remainder later?
Yes, you need to use the full value in one visit, unless the voucher specifically says otherwise. Bring your friends along for the fun.
Can I combine my voucher with other offers?
No.
Can I purchase a deal that ran previously?
Unfortunately, no.
Am I billed as soon as I order a Seize the Deal voucher?
No, you are only charged if the deal reaches the required minimum number of participants.
Is SeizetheDeal.com safe?
Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL, and we will not store your credit card information on our servers. We use Chase Paymentech to process our transactions, so you have the best security around.
Can I return a SeizetheDeal.com voucher?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind every one of our deals. If you have a problem, we will issue you a credit. After 30 days, we are happy to credit you in Seize the Deal bucks. If you would like to request a return, please e-mail returns@SeizetheDeal.com.
What if the business for my SeizetheDeal.com closes?
If the business closes and your voucher has not been redeemed, we will issue you a credit in Seize the Deal Bucks.
